Each milliliter of Bilifer® contains 7 mg of iron (as Lipofer® liposomal form).
Indications
Bilifer® is a specially formulated liposomal iron supplement designed for newborns and children.
Iron is an essential mineral required for hemoglobin formation, which carries oxygen to all body tissues. During growth, children have an increased iron demand — adequate supplementation supports healthy development, energy metabolism, and cognitive function.Bilifer®’s liposomal structure encapsulates iron in a phospholipid membrane, improving bioavailability and minimizing common side effects such as nausea, irritation, and teeth staining.
How to Use
- Recommended dose: 1 ml daily (equivalent to 7 mg of iron) or as advised by your healthcare professional.
- Shake well before each use to ensure proper mixing.
- Take orally with or without food.
- Use the calibrated dropper for accurate dosing.
Contraindications
- Hemochromatosis
- Hemosiderosis
- Hemolytic anemia
- Known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients
Possible Side Effects
Bilifer® is generally well tolerated.

Drug Interactions

Precautions & Warnings

- Keep out of reach of children — accidental overdose may cause poisoning.
